REAL FACE OF MALIK RIAZ: Mr. Malik Riaz, First give rights to people (Possession of plots) before doing any other thing. Malik Riaz by snatching/robbing money from ordinary people you can not hide your real face by doing such DRAMAY BAZI. Read below how owner of Bahria Town is deceiving the people.
ReplyDeleteI booked/purchased my Plot No. 272, Rafi Block, Sector-E, Lahore, Reg. No. LHE-01524 and paid all my installments about five (05) years before (on Oct. 03, 2013).
Now even after passage of five years BT is not in position to give me possession, Is there any law/provision that BT will also held responsible to pay fine to his customer for delay of five years or all laws/bindings are only & only applicable to customers?
Numerous times i visited the B.T Office and sent them emails but till now they are not giving and positive response and are using only delaying tactics. You are requested to give me possession of my plot without any further delay or give me alternative plot at suitable location of same market value as i want to proceed for construction of my house.
